Hey there! Please see below for booking & refund policy.
You have 24 hours from the date of your scheduled reading to request a full refund for services not offered. Any cancellation after 24 hours and up to the booked time of the reading may not be refundable.
Any refunds are at the discretion of the reader and are subject to the terms outlined here.
There are no refunds available for readings which you have received, either by video and email or by telephone. If you do not like the reading as it is being delivered and wish to end, you are still responsible for the price of that service.
Dissatisfaction with a reading you've already received is not grounds for a refund.
If you are looking to reschedule a reading, you will not be charged any additional fee. You are free to reschedule readings up to 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within a 24 hour commitment to the original agreed upon time is at the discretion of the reader. A charge of 25% of the agreed upon service will be charged for those who cancel after this 24-hour cancellation grace period.
You will own the rights to whatever video reading and written report you receive as part of your reading.
